IVR Developer

Qualified candidate will design and maintain DTMS speech and touchtone interfaces.  Will also analyze software requirements for network feasibility, hardware integration, scalability and performance requirements for unified communications products.  Voice Portals and conferencing service for PSTN and IP networks.  Will use knowledge of Interactive Voice Recognition (“IVR”) applications (Model/View Controller Methodology, Perl for business-logic and code generation, XSLT for code generation); IVR application projected flow analyzer (XML:  XSLT, XPath; Visio as presentation technology):  IVR application actual flow’ analyzer (Perl for logs parsing (Parse::RecDescent), GraphViz as presentation technology); Free-speech recognition systems research and development (Perl, XPath as XML data query, XSLT as XML data transformation, Parse::RecDescent as rule-based system); Development and support of XML-bases voice user interfaces for web-sites (Perl: screen-scraping, XPath) to perform duties.  Must have a US MS in CS, EE or related field.  Willing to accept BAS and 5 years progressive experience in lieu of MS; 3 months direct experience.  Applicants must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
